Travelers from Mauritius will be required to pay additional tax by way of the newly introduced Terminal Expansion Fee. The government of Mauritius had originally planned it from March this year, and has levied it on air tickets issued from October 1, 2010 for travel from November 1. Here is the fee structure: €11 (R105) for adults and €6 (R57) for children under 12 for long-haul departures and €3,10 (R30) for adults and €1,6 (R15) for children for regional departures from Mauritius to Réunion, Madagascar, Seychelles, Comoros, Kenya and South Africa....
