The Role:
Principal responsibility for the management and maintenance of the company’s residential housing estates facilities including the surrounding areas within the campground parameters. This will also include overseeing a large new extension to the housing facilities. This will in two years double the current accommodation on site
Key aims and Objectives:
To ensure that clients residing in the housing estates are satisfied with the provided services
To ensure that the properties are maintained to a high quality standard
To ensure that the properties are refurbished with high quality assets
To ensure that central facilities is providing quality and prompt support for required maintenance services
To ensure that staff attendance is prompt and performance is diligent
To ensure that the catering manager is performing his responsibilities diligently and efficiently
Accountable for the management of the catering facility in coordination with the catering
Education:
Relevant hotel or catering qualifications
Experience:
Minimum 10 years relevant international experience in a hotel, restaurant, sports and social club , residential camp or similar offshore site.
Prior experience of managing a sizeable team of people
Good experience of providing a customer facing service
Willing to commit to 5 years in Nigeria
