Our client is a diversified group based in Khartoum, Sudan.  They are looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to manage the food services in their golf course, Café Shop, and 6 staff canteens/ cafeterias.  The successful candidate will be an expatriate with the following attributes:   Age 35-45
High level of International experience
Strong ability in generating revenue, through promotions and sales and ensure daily budget and cost control are monitored
Someone who can move the business forward and commercialize the venture
Good QHS experience/ education
Customer services orientation
Strong people management skills
High level of budgeting and finance knowledge
Strong leadership sills
High skills in maintaining standard procedures
Strong passion and knowledge for culinary excellence, and guest service
Great customer service attitude, and a willingness to go the extra mile
Ensure that company and statutory hygiene standards are maintained in all areas.
Hold regular performance appraisals with all management staff, identifying areas for development and training needs, and ensuring that this training is effected
To ensure the prompt and efficient service of all meals, snacks, functions and beverages to the required standards.
Attend timeously to customer complaints
