There is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate Spa Manager who is looking for a new challenge to run a spa which is located in the heart of Victoria Island, Lagos.

The company is a luxury beauty retailer that specialises in luxury products and spa treatments. It is a company that encourages progression with opportunities for beauty staff to join the business at all levels.

Whilst this position stems from the spa environment, as a manager it is crucial that you have a strong retail background where you can work to targets and Key Performance Indicators and exceed them at all times.

This brand is looking for a spa manager with very strong Sales and Marketing orientation and excellent team management skills, to manage a team of 25 staff made up of consultants and therapists.

This is a hands-on Business Manager role, requiring a meticulous, driven and approachable manager, who is also a forward thinker with a positive working attitude. An individual, who will focus on maximising service, driving revenue and achieving the bottom line targets.

The successful candidate:

- Must have Team Management skills and the ability to lead a large team
- Must have a Business Development and Marketing focus
- Must have experience Profit & Loss accountability, and carry out forecasting and budgeting for the spa,
- Will perform regular Performance Evaluations with staff
- You will require at least Four years relevant Spa Management and Retail experience.
- Must have at least four years relevant Spa Management and Retail experience.
